NAME: Charlotte Farrant JOB TITLE: Pilates teacher and studio owner
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years teaching Pilates (5 years of that as a studio owner).
TODAY'S ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: There are Pilates teacher training courses and qualifications to achieve. These are varied and worth researching into. A practical knowledge of/or experience in dance or sport is an advantage.
BEST AND WORST BITS ABOUT THE JOB: Best - great when you make a difference to how people feel and see an improvement. Worst - not great when people don't listen or "don't get it"!

HOW DO I SEE THE JOB EVOLVING?Just getting better as a teacher and more knowledgeable about Pilates. Expanding the business - My studio now provides massage, physiotherapy and other treatments and therapies.
